Stacie is responsible for addressing new and existing customer sales and service inquiries, and provides support to Sales Representatives. She manages order entry, website registrations, and account setup and maintenance.
Jeanette Freeman
Controller & Office Manager
Jeanette handles accounting tasks such as Accounts Payable, payroll, and budgeting, while also managing staffing and establishing office policies and procedures.
Linda Theurer
Customer Service & Claims
Linda processes all claims once they have been submitted with the damage report form and corresponding photos. She assists Robin with showroom customers and handles customer service inquiries via phone and email.
Molly Tilman
Head of Retail Operations
Molly merchandises our Norfolk showroom, and advises retail and design customers during sale periods and by appointment.
Michael Ricks
President
Michael oversees the company’s strategic direction and daily operations, leading executive decision-making and ensuring continued growth, operational excellence, and product quality.
Danielle Verez
E-Commerce Director
Danielle builds and maintains a close relationship with our E-Commerce companies. She provides data and imagery. She also handles the order from start to finish, order entry to shipping and logistics.
Abigail Norris
Shipping & Customer Service Support
Abigail handles general customer service via phone and email. She is responsible for Customer Pick Ups, as well as Drop Shipment requests. She also provides support to the Shipping, Accounts Receivable, and E-Commerce Managers. Abigail also handles all catalog requests.
Terrell Matthews
Shipping & Operations Manager
Terrell is responsible for processing all domestic shipments, which includes scheduling deliveries and pick ups of the appropriate trucking company.
Julia White
Marketing Manager
Julia assists Molly with the retail showroom and handles social media.
Stephanie Mallette
Merchandising
Stephanie is responsible for developing and designing products. She makes overseas visits to build and maintain decades long relationships with our factory partners. Stephanie plays a key role in designing and set up of all three showrooms: High Point, Atlanta and Las Vegas.
Rita Starling
Accounts Recievable
Rita oversees incoming payments via credit card, terms, or otherwise. She is responsible for issuing credits and making adjustments to invoices, handling customers requesting terms, and factoring all necessary invoices.
Robin Holliday
Customer Service & Retail
Robin assists in merchandising the Norfolk showroom. She also handles customer service, assembly questions, and parts requests.
Eddie Tilley
Operations & Inventory Manager
Eddie oversees warehouse operations and maintains inventory data and locations.
